A Summary Of The Carolina Panthers Season.
Maybe we can run over the rest of the schedule like he did the Saints
Eagles in which Jake Delhomme threw 4 INTs and fumbled twice.
Then a trend followed loss, loss, bye, win, win, loss, win, loss. So
in a Panthers' season where we are currently 3-5 we could be as
great as 7-1. So following Philly Delhomme gives one away in
Atlanta at the end of the game for a 28-20 loss. Following that
game we went to Dallas on Monday night and threw the game away
and loss 21-7 to, at the time, a subpar Cowboys team. Thank goodness
for bye weeks because after, just like last year, it was the tale of two
completely different running games. So we beat the Redskins and
crush the Bucs. If we didn't get our first win from one of those two
teams then I knew we were in a world hurt, although we once again
almost threw away a game to Tampa. Then came the most inexcusable
loss of the season to the lowly Buffalo Bills. We made horrible
decisions all game against a team we should have crushed. It
was a crushing 20-9 loss. So, we re-group and go across the country
to play a team in which Delhomme threw 5 INTs and fumbled once
to in the playoffs. How ironic was it that we went into Arizona and we
dismantled them the same way that they dismantled us. Kurt Warner
throws 5 INTs and fumbles once. So, now to last week. We came out
strong against the New Orleans Saints. We had a 66 yard TD run to start
the game and everything looked good. Hold the saints to a three and out.
The game is setting up perfect. We're keeping the ball out of their hands
and controlling the clock. So we lead at halftime 17-6. So they end up
beating us 30-20 in a game which I saw poor play calling and no effort in
the 2nd half. We ran the ball in positions we shouldn't have. And at the
end of the game we run pass plays we haven't seen all day? I mean why
would a team run on their own 2 yard line with 2 minutes left and a chance
to win the game with one of the best 2 minute QBs in the league? So this
has certainly been a season of disappointment for the Carolina Panthers.
Even though it's far from over it's still over. Even though we're still one
game out of the wild card I just don't think we have what we need. DeAngelo
is the 6th leading rusher in the NFL and that's about all we have to cheer about.
It's time to fire Fox, rid us of Delhomme and re-structure the whole team.

Not bad for your first try. Their are some great backs their, and its too bad they signed Delhomme in the offseason to the ridiculous deal. He is garbage IMO.

Man the article section is pretty slow these days. The only way is to tell people in your groups honestly, and maybe message a few of your friends. You really aren't suppose to advertise because of revenue sharing, though.

Nice job. Carolina needs to fire Fox and get Bill Cower. He will use the whole potential that the two great backs Williams and Stewart have.

Delhomme still will work as their qb, they just need different coaches and coordinators. I know you feel different, but Delhomme should still be our starter until we trade or draft a qb. Delhomme has cost the Panthers 2 games this year: the Eagles game and the Bills game. Their other 3 losses are not because of any one problem. But good article, though. You do make great points.
