Introduction
ray lewis lil brother its now officially an nfl player,in the past draft he wasnt drafted by any team but the dallas cowboys sign him in the free agency rookies.is ray going to dallas after his contract its done with the ravens in 2008?

Though it was reported a couple of days ago, the Dallas Cowboys have officially announced the signing of Maryland running back Keon Lattimore to a free-agent deal.

Lattimore is one of 14 undrafted players to sign with the Cowboys.  But he’s the only one who has a brother named Ray Lewis.

And we can’t help but wonder whether owner Jerry Jones is thinking ahead on this one.  With Zach Thomas signed to a four-year deal that is, in reality, a one-year arrangement, could Jones be thinking about trying to lure Lewis to Dallas after his contract with the Ravens expires after the 2008 season?

It’s wild speculation (as if admitting it makes it any better), but Jones seems to be intent on doing all he can to build a team that will be able to properly christen the team’s new $1 billion stadium, which is set to open, coincidentally, in 2009.  Surely the possibility of reuniting Lattimore and Lewis when the Cowboys take the field there has crossed the owner’s mind.

First, Lattimore has to make the team.  But we have a feeling that he will.  After all, who in the world would have the nerve to cut the kid brother of Ray Lewis?????

OfflineSketch says .. on 3/5/08 Should be a thread.
Offlinejross5 says .. on 3/5/08 The Nfl is competitive, and I do not believe that Jerry Jones or anyone on the Cowboys staff would keep a kid on the team that didn't deserve to make it, just because of his name. The goal is to win a championship, and to do that teams need the best player, no matter who they are related to.

Offlinesoxgod35 says .. on 7/5/08 It is interesting. Although I cant see the ravens letting go one of the mainstays of their franchise that is Ray Lewis. He has manned the D that kept Baltimore competitive despite sputtering offensive trends. Would be funny to see siblings playin for the same team tho
Offlinenebdenfan says .. on 12/5/08 Interesting possibility not much of a reality, don't see the Ravens letting Lewis go.
