Introduction
This is a schedule outlook for the Steelers very hard schedule.
Santonio Holmes

Well, the Steelers have the hardest schedule this year. And a lot of those hard teams come right in a row. So here is my outlook, and predictions for the Steelers this year.

VS Houston Texans  Sunday, 9/7/08-1PM

This might be a little closer than most people think. The Texans defense is pretty good, and might be able to really slow down the running of the Steelers. A lot of us Steelers fans may overlook this game, but ii shouldn't be. it may not be one of those nailbitting finishes, but in the 1st half it may be pretty close. After halftime, Tomlin will get his boys puped, and come away with an expected win.

My Prediction: Steelers 28, Texans 17

@ Cleveland Browns Sunday, 9/14/08-8:15PM

Browns and Steelers have always been a pretty big rivalry. The Browns have been placed 3rd in the division, and look like an OK team this year. Finishing 2nd to the Steelers 10-6 last year, they could very well come away with a win here. But the Browns can't quite take out the rolling Steelers.

My Prediction: Steelers 24, Browns 14

@ Philadelphia Eagles Sunday, 9/21/08-4:15PM

The ultimate PA battle! This is a BIG in-state rivalry that is going to be a good one. The Eagles are carried by runningback, Brian Westbrook. He is so huge to that team. They also have a well-balanced defense. The Eagles beat the Steelers in the offseason, can they do it again in the regular season? It could be a close and exciting one...

My Prediction: Steelers 20, Eagles 16

VS Baltimore Ravens Monday, 9/29/08-8:30PM

This is also a trash-talking rivalry, and its on Monday night! The Ravens ended up losing to the Dolphins 1-15 team last year, and didn't have a good season at all. Will they be able to turn that around? I'm not so sure about that. They look like they did last year, and the Steelers win very easily.

My Prediction: Steelers 35, Ravens 7

@ Jacksonville Jaguars Sunday, 10/5/08-8:15PM

The Jags beat the Steelers in the 1st round of the playoffs last season, and the Steelers are hunting for revenge. The Jaguars are a well rounded team, and they look solid. I'm not sure if the Steelers will be able to keep their undefeated season going much longer when they head into Jacksonville.

My Prediction: Steelers 17, Jaguars 27

@ Cinncinati Bengals Sunday, 10/19/08-1PM

Ocho Cinco? Anyway, Chad Johnson and the Bengals are going to be going hard after the Steelers. They have a pretty good team this season. About the same as last season, but maybe this season they will be able to shape up a little bit better, and make a run possibly. But, the Steelers are just too much for those Bengals.

My Prediction: Steelers 35, Bengals 20

VS New York Giants Sunday 10/26/08-4:15PM

This is where the schedule really gets difficult. They face the superbowl team, that beat the Patriots in an amazing clutch drive. The Giants are an amazing team, especiall with Manning, Burress, and Jacobs on the offensive side. I'm predicting that the Steelers just won't be clicking on this week, and have an off week.

My Prediction: Steelers 14, Giants 20

@ Washington Redskins Monday, 11/3/08-8:30PM

The Redskins have a pretty good team, especially with Santana Moss at WR. This could be a very good game, and a Monday night nailbitter! But, the Steelers offense clicks that night, and takes the win.

My Prediction: Steelers 35, Redskins 28

VS Indianapolis Colts Sunday, 11/9/08-4:15PM

This is a HUGE game for the Steelers. Another nailbitting game in my opinion! This is going to come down to a field goal. I think that both defenses will do a pretty good job. I'm predicting that Jeff Reed will come up with a game-winning field in OT.

My Prediction: Steelers 24, Colts 21

VS San Diego Chargers Sunday, 11/16/08-4:15PM

The Chargers are a solid team. Especially revolving around LT, who is easily their biggest threat. I think that around this time of year, injuries might be hautning the Steelers, and although in their home stadium, the Chargers come away with the win, as the Steelers defense lets themselves down.

My Prediction: Steelers 14, Chargers 31

VS Cinncinati Bengals Thursday, 11/20/08-8:15PM

I don't know if the Steelers will be able to take both games from the Bengals team this season. But it should be close.

My Prediction: Steelers 13, Bengals 21

@ New England Patriots Sunday, 11/30/08 4:15PM

This amazing team of Tom Brady and Randy Moss are so dominant, and almost had their perfect season last year, ending in a Superbowl loss. They beat the Steelers last year, and I think they can do it again. Up in New England, I dont think the Steelers can pull it off.

My Prediction: Steelers 14, Patriots 27

VS Dallas Cowboys Sunday, 12/7/08-4:15PM

Tony Romo and T.O. are a very good duo. They can be all over the field, and be very dangerous. Although the Cowboys are a very dominant team, and plague the Steelers very tough schedule, I think the Steelers can do it on their home field.

My Prediction: Steelers 31, Cowboys 21

@ Baltimore Ravens Sunday 12/14/08-1PM

Like I said, the Ravens just aren't the team that is going to beat the Steelers at all this season, and the Steelers will take this game once again.

My Prediction: Steelers 38, Ravens 10

@ Tennessee Titans Sunday 12/21/08-1PM

The Titans are a pretty good team. But when they come up against Holmes, Parker, Big Ben, and Ward, they will be stopped in their tracks.

My Prediction: Steelers 24, Titans 13

VS Cleveland Browns Sunday 12/28/08-1PM

With the snow blowing in Pittsburgh, the Browns fail to beat the Steelers once again.

My Prediction: Steelers 31, Browns 14

REGULAR SEASON FINAL RECORD: 11-5

Even with the very tough schedule, the Steelers still come out with a 11-5 record, and have a chance at the Superbowl if they really dig deep and make plays happen.

OfflineWisconsin Sports Fan says .. on 6/9/08 Tough to predict an entire schedule at this point, but it doesn't look too unreasonable. I don't see them beating Indy or Dallas though, even if they are at home.
OfflineBen72006 says .. on 6/9/08 I thinks it hard to decide the outcome for some of the games but some I think we will win... like the Ravens and the Browns and Bengals (Possible)..
