Kuroda is out of the hospital and cleared to fly home with the Los Angeles Dodgers one day after he was struck on the right side of his head by a line drive.

Los Angeles trainer Stan Conte says a CAT scan was negative and Kuroda's only symptom Sunday was a mild headache. He will undergo further tests by neurologist Dr. Vernon Williams on Monday. Kuroda was expected to attend the final game of Los Angeles' series against the Diamondbacks before flying home with the team.
