The Jacksonville Jaguars have placed defensive end Reggie Hayward on injured reserve and elevated cornerback Kennard Cox from the practice squad. Cox, a seventh-round draft pick by Buffalo in 2008, signed with Jacksonville in December. He was waived this month and signed to the practice squad.
