1. On FeedBurner, navigate to My Feeds.
2. Select the feed that you would like to update.
3. Click the Optimize tab.
4. Click the FeedFlare button.
5. Paste the following URL into the "Add New Flare" box and press enter:
   http://rootzoo.com/sports_pulse_widget_feedflare.xml
6. Select the feed and/or site checkboxes and click "Activate" or "Save".
