This is my first year being a commissioner and my friends and I decided to do a live draft. I want to have the order set up before hand in order to keep everything organized. There's 12 teams and we want to have a typical draft like the ones online, but I'm not sure how to setup the draft order. Could someone help me out and tell me how?
