Except not really. But seeing as how JJ has put up some stunning (for him) numbers recently, it got me thinking.....how would Dirt 'Stache Adam do?

Redick, in 3 games (1 started) so far this season is averaging:

16.3 ppg, 4.0 rpg, 3.7 apg, 0.3 stls

He has a 21.1 PER, 70.3% TS% (zomg), 66.7% eFG% (wowzers), a 145 ORtg (yes, you read that right), and a 114 DRtg (pretty dismal, but meh...)

PER 36 he'd average: 18.4 ppg, 4.5 rpg, 4.1 apg, 0.4 stl

Dirt 'Stache:

So far this year, he's put up a decent line of:

0 ppg, 0 apg, 0 rpg, 0 stls, etc.

PER? -13.1

What does Morrison need to do?

Shave.

BUT HE CAN'T, IT'S NO SHAVE NOVEMBER.

Sorry, I got sidetracked.

Morrison's career PER 36 #'s are not too shabby though.

13.3 ppg, 3.7 rpg, 2.4 apg, 0.4 stls, 0.1 blk

So.....if injuries hit the Lakers, and Adam Morrison SOMEHOW got playing time......he might make for a decent contributor.

But probably not. Because he's ugly as sin.

I did you jack off.

Morrison sucks, the Lakers are fucked if it gets to the point hes playing enough minutes to put up that line.

He has the greatest stache ever among pre teens. Doesnt Morrison have like an awful shooting percentage for his career?

Career 42.3 eFG% and 45.0 TS%

He's turrible. This thread was more sarcasm than anything. I hoped the last line would drive the point home. He won't be a good contributor even though his PER 36 stats look like a decent role player's. He'd have a 37.2 FG% in that time....which is disgusting.

Morrison is a turrible player.

But if I were Morrison, I'd hang out with JJ and grow my sweet stache and wear my shiny championship ring. Two things that JJ will never have! (ok....the Magic MIGHT get a ring soon.....but the stache, JJ can only dream of having half as awesome of a stache.)

How do you have a negative PER when you've done NOTHING all year?

That seems like a flaw in the stat IMO.

He's played 3 minutes all season. He's also attempted just 1 shot (and missed it).

The Bobcats played him plenty. He sucked. A lot. He probably cost them their first playoff appearance.

Redick is useful in some situations. Morrison is not useful in any situations.

Morrison needs more of a chance. Maybe going to the Lakers wasnt that great an idea. He probably didnt have a choice. I hope he succeeds one way or the other!
