Is he the next Sapp or Sims? What's your opinion of the guy coming out of college? I know it's a little early to evaluate the guy, but I'm bored. So let's hear some opinions. Oh, and try to back up your statements with some stats or facts. Can you try to do that anmsbllr12? Thnx!

well personally i think he is as good as his other dt....and i saw tank and him at training camp...and brian waters was giving him an ass whooping so i think he will have not as good of season this year as people think...but he did make an impact in practice. when he went out today from bumping his knee...the offense could run much better...so i think he is as good as his other dt because tank gave a great push also so i think it wont be a great season for him but i think he is not goin to be the next sapp.... but def not a bust..also ik i may be more biased than you but you dont have to fucking be hating on me....im a chiefs fan that jus approaches it differently then you...i cant believe you are hating on a chiefs fan..its jus obsurd because i love them more than you and thats a fact sir.

Oh, so just because we're both Chiefs fans suddenly means I should forgive you for missinforming people and making our players look dumb? I understand trying to be optimistic, but I think we need to be realistic. I'm being optimistic by thinking that the Chiefs can win 8 games this year. Anything more than that is just unrealisitic. Do me a favor, don't post another thread until you've graduated Jr. High please.

You love the Chiefs more than me? Yeah. Cause you live in eastern Iowa and can make the 4 1/2 hour, 260 mile drive to River Falls. I actually live in Kansas City, I actually make it to Chiefs games. I can't make it to Training Camp because, well, I HAVE A JOB! But I guess since your out of school this week you got the time on your hands.

Listen, I'm calling truce. This is getting pointless. I don't mean to rag on you dude, but you leave yourself so open to it that I can't help myself. Lol. I'm glad to see that some people outside of KC actually like the Chiefs. I've loved them as far back as I can remember and I'll never pull for anyone else, except for whoever is going against the patriots that week. That goes for the Royals too. Loyalty is what it is all about. So as fellow Chiefs fans lets stop this pointless bickering. K?

k im done...ik i said some dumb shit but so did you. im just born into a hard life and i dont take shit from anyone. im really sorry but if you knew my childhood and knew what i have to do to get to college you would understand. im glad we have chiefs fans that are more reasonable than me, but i get a little fired up for the season and i cant get fired up if i dont look at it optimistically. so i call a truce and hope we can prove you and other people that dont think we are a playoff team wrong. i could be wrong but im not goin to believe im wrong until it is a final no playoff season.

Oh I hope they get to the playoffs too. But I know how hard it is. I graduated middle of my class from the second smallest school in Missouri, class size 22. It was the biggest class in 20 years. I got no scholarships and have had to pay every cent of my college tuition. So I feel you. Trust me.

I think he's much closer to sapp than sims. Ryan Sims will go down as a huge draft failure, much like another person first named Ryan. Dorsey gives the Chiefs an immediate push in the middle, but they need to find another DT to pair him with. He should command double teams out of the gate.

that's too bad, I really wanna see how the young guys play out of the gate(September), I don't want to hear any excuses. seriously, I would love to see this team rebuild up to a powerhouse team, in spite of my hate of Carl Peterson, and "some" chiefs fans. dude in Iowa, its fans like you who make it easy for me to rag on the chiefs...and PLEASE don't bring me some crap if the chiefs beat the bears this coming thursday....It's PRESEASON, it doesn't count.....

“I’ve got to tackle somebody first.”

I know we can't rate DT Glenn Dorsey on his career as it has not even gotten off the ground yet. But if you go on his prospectus and college statistics, I think he will settle in somewhere between Warren Sapp and Neil Smith, which is pretty damn good company!............
As for you guys haggling over who is the best Chiefs fan, you guys are killing me, are you a comedy act?
Besides I am a much better fan then you both and I prefer to embrace by fellow brethren verse having a battle of words.

Chiefs report today that Dorsey's injury is nothing serious and should miss just a week. Coach Edwards said he hoped to have Dorsey ready to play the August 16th game against the Arizona Cardinals.

They need him to be superman because somebody has to put a spark in this team. Maybe in the future he can be as much of a force on D as Jared Allen was. It was hard to watch Allen go, but nice to watch us get 2 high draft picks and next year again we get 2 first round picks.
