if you went by the true defintion of "MVP" you have a valid point. The true definition of MVP is the player who was most valuable to the success of their team. I cant think of another player who's team has been more affected by their presence than the Vikings and Favre...But, most people dont think that way...They think of MVP as the best player in the NFL for that year.

He's up there, but there's this guy named Peyton Manning. We'll see how Favre performs in the latter half of the season.

No, I am, i'm looking at yards, pass %, attempts, down conversions, +20 and +40 yard plays.

I'm afraid to say (not really afraid) that he hasn't made it into the top 5 of most stats.

That's the picture

Hell, now that I look a little closer, i'm happy to say that Aaron Rodgers seems to be leading Brett by several positions in many stats.

If you look, you'll see Aaron Rodgers, Drew Brees, Big Ben, Peyton Manning, etc in the top positions. You'd have to lower your gaze down the sheet to see Mr. Farve.

It's mostly about stats and sportsmanship. I think the record hardly has much to do with it seeing as it's a comilation of the whole teams skills that earns that record.

I agree with you . But not a MVP. Well 40 years old QB is tough.

The MVP award is not all about stats. Anyone who thinks that is an ass. Farve has a great shot at it this year he just have to keep it up.

I've never heard of FARVE. Maybe you are referring to Favre?
