He is currently on pace for a 2,000 yard season. Right now he has ran the ball 217 times for 1,396 yards and 9 touchdowns. He has i belive 6 straight 125+ yard rushing games the only other players to do that are former Oiler Earl Campbell and than man who's rushing record he is chasing Eric Dickerson. Now i know there are other players having great season's Brett Farve, Peyton Manning, Tom Brady and Drew Brees, i feel Chris is the number 1 canadite for running backs right now and if he does break 2,000 yards or break Dickersons rushing record he should be highly considered for the MVP award.

What are your thoughts?

Favre or Manning are likely ahead of him even with the pace he's on. In the voters eyes, Favre is probably light years ahead of the next candidate.

I agree I have Favre as number one right now he is having a great season i jus wanna get my boy a lil credit for the outstanding season he is having. If he does break the rushing record i would put him at number 2 right behind Farve for right now
