If anybody i watching the Devils, Flyers game Jeff Carter just leveled the new New Jersey Devil defensmen. It kinda looked like he was going for his head i couldn't really tell. It was pretty bad he was on the ice for a long time before being taken off on a strecher

he was going hard to the net with the puck as he shot Jeff Carter hit him with his shoulder possibly and i didnt see it to good but they said there was blood, it looked pretty bad

clean hit ! first thing they teach u in hockey is keep ur head up ! great goal by salmella though !

but whats even better is the fact jeff carter is using his size and not being a pussy out there and playing alot more aggresive we need that to continue !

gotcha ! yea i hope for the flyers this isnt just a one time thing.... i hope he uses his size to his advantage and i guess play a lil more like richards !

I have only watched a few flyers games this year and they have really impressed me aside from the goaltending.

They move up and down the ice well and always seem to have a good physical game.

The Blues are killin me this year!

yea not sure how they blues are playing .... i know last yr they seemed to be playing well !

our goaltending isnt horrific but emery needs 2 get healthy !

Ya he does.

The Blues are in 13th in the Western, but still only 7 points out of a playoff spot. They will have to go on a great run like they did last year if they want to make the playoffs!

thats why im glad im a philly fan cause sure we dont win alot of championships but most of the time all our teams are in position to be in the playoffs !

didn't charge him, hit the shoulder first, Salmela's head was down (he said as much after the game) -- TSN has a great breakdown of it being not dirty on their website
